LVN students complete a 护理 Role Transition (Nurs 210) course and enter the RN program in the 3rd of four semesters. The requirements for the ADN generic program and the LVN to RN career ladder option are the same. The following courses must be 完成 prior to applying for admission to the program with a GPA of 2.5或以上. “In Progress” work for the prerequisites will not be considered during the selection 过程.

Additional Courses

The following courses are required for the ADN generic program and for the LVN to RN career ladder nursing program option. We strongly recommend to complete all degree requirements prior to applying to the nursing program option. 护理 students have not had success completing degree requirements during the nursing program. 学生 can not take the nursing licensing exam (NCLEX-RN) until all degree requirements are 完成. Delaying NCLEX-RN testing significantly decreases the probability of student success and employment.
